Can I use CTC on Vantage or any other exchange directly?

CTC is designed to work exclusively through TradingView's platform. To begin analyzing your preferred exchange markets, simply search for the trading pair (like "BTC") on TradingView and locate your exchange's specific chart from the results (such as Vantage or Coinbase versions). Save these relevant charts to your watchlist for convenient access to accurate, real-time data.

Please note we don't provide guidance for direct exchange integrations outside of TradingView's environment. The platform's comprehensive charting capabilities ensure you can effectively utilize CTC's tools regardless of your exchange.

It’s been longer than 2 hours since I last edited my TradingView.com username on the account page and I still don’t see the invite-only script folder in my indicators & strategies folder on TradingView.com

If you're unable to locate your CTC indicators on TradingView, several common scenarios may apply.

1.First, please verify you're using the correct TradingView account - this login is entirely separate from your CTC platform credentials.

2.Many access issues stem from simply being logged into the wrong TradingView profile or having not yet created a TradingView account at all.

3.We strongly recommend reviewing our startup tutorial video if you haven't already, as it demonstrates the proper setup process. Other potential solutions include completely logging out and back into your TradingView account, clearing your browser's cache, or trying an alternative web browser.

Also confirm you properly saved your TradingView username in your CTC account settings without any typographical errors. These steps collectively resolve most synchronization issues between our platform and TradingView's systems.

Where can I find my TradingView username?

To connect your CTC subscription, you'll need to locate your TradingView username - visible next to the search bar when logged into TradingView, or within your account information. Rest assured, we only require this username to establish your access; the email address associated with your TradingView account isn't necessary for this process. This single credential serves as the key to unlocking your Celinetradeconcept Lite tools on the TradingView platform.

What will happen when my CTC subscription ends?

When your CTC subscription period concludes, you'll maintain view-only access to historical charts with our indicators, but real-time signal generation and new analysis tools will become unavailable. The system automatically preserves your customized settings should you choose to renew, ensuring a seamless reactivation process. We recommend renewing before expiration to avoid any interruption in your trading analytics.

Do you need to have a paid TradingView?

The CTC system functions fully with TradingView's free subscription, though free accounts limit you to 3 simultaneous indicators. For optimal use, you may need to remove TradingView's default volume indicator when running all 4 CTC tools together. While a paid TradingView membership unlocks premium features like seconds charts and split-view functionality, these enhancements aren't required for CTC's core analytical capabilities. The system delivers complete market insights regardless of your TradingView subscription tier.

I can’t see the invite-only scripts folder on TradingView.

Troubleshooting Missing CTC Indicators on TradingView

If your CTC indicators aren't appearing in the "invite-only scripts" folder after purchase, the most common issues involve account authentication. First, verify you're logged into the correct TradingView account and confirm the username entered in your CTC account settings matches exactly - including capitalization and special characters.

You can update your TradingView username at any time through your CTC account dashboard; the system synchronizes automatically. Should the indicators remain unavailable after correcting your credentials, our support team can investigate the connection. I changed my TradingView username now I can’t view the indicator.

Important Notice About Changing Your TradingView Username

Should you modify your TradingView username, this will automatically disconnect your access to CTC indicators. To maintain uninterrupted service, please remember to immediately update your new TradingView username in your CTC account settings. This synchronization ensures continuous access to all your trading tools without interruption.

I can’t see Celine Trade Concept Lite in TradingView.

Accessing Your Celine Trade Concept Indicators on TradingView

To ensure proper setup, please clear all existing indicators and reset your charts before logging into the TradingView account associated with your CTC purchase. Access the Indicators & Strategies panel (using the "/" hotkey) and locate the "invite-only scripts" folder containing your CTC tools.

If the folder or indicators aren't visible, verify you're using the correct TradingView account and that the username matches exactly what you provided during registration. You may update your TradingView credentials at any time through your CTC account dashboard, which automatically syncs with our system. Please allow up to 15 minutes for new purchases to activate. I’m having issues with my card declining.

Payment Processing Notice for Celine Trade Concept

While we've minimized our risk thresholds, some credit cards may still be flagged as high-risk by our payment processors. In rare cases where suspicious activity is detected or your financial institution imposes security restrictions, your transaction may be declined.

Please note our system allows a maximum of three payment attempts per card. If initial attempts fail due to bank security protocols, we recommend resolving any issues with your financial provider and waiting 48 hours before resubmitting your order to ensure successful processing.

My card declined and I didn’t know it.

Subscription Activation Request

To expedite your access to Celine Trade Concept, kindly complete your payment at your earliest convenience. Upon successful transaction processing, we will immediately activate your subscription privileges. This ensures uninterrupted access to all CTC features and analytics.

I didn’t make an account before I purchased or I made two accounts and don’t know which one has access.

Resolving Payment Application Issues

In cases where your payment hasn't been properly assigned, this typically occurs when purchasing without an existing account or when multiple accounts exist. To rectify this, please first ensure you've created a CTC account, then forward your transaction ID and order number to our support team. We'll promptly associate your purchase with the correct account and verify your access.

I submitted a partial payment so my order did not complete.

Incomplete Bitcoin Payment Resolution

Should your initial payment fall short of the required amount, simply send the remaining balance to the original Bitcoin address. Our system will automatically combine both transactions, process your order, and issue a confirmation invoice upon completion.

If you've misplaced our receiving address, please contact our support team to obtain a unique payment address and complete your subscription activation.

My payment timed out and the payment did not apply to my account.

Payment Verification Assistance

If you've sent payment after the payment window closed, please forward your order number from the receipt to our support team. We'll manually verify and activate your subscription.

For customers without an order number, please include your complete transaction ID in the support email. This typically indicates an email delivery issue that we'll help resolve while processing your payment.

I sent from an exchange (bybit, binance, etc.) so my order was not processed right away.

Bitcoin Payment Processing Notice

To ensure timely processing of your CTC subscription, we strongly recommend sending Bitcoin payments from a private wallet like Exodus, as exchange transfers often experience delays that may cause your order to timeout.

If your payment window expires after sending funds, simply provide your order number from the receipt to our support team for manual activation. In cases where no order number is available (typically due to email delivery issues), please include your complete transaction ID in the support request instead.
